    What you are going to learn

    Using interactive discussions, reflection and collaborative activities, you will raise your awareness of the various factors that can influence wellbeing in your workplace, and share and learn helpful coping strategies to maintain or strengthen wellbeing.

    In addition, our accompanying Wellness Guidebook supports you in reinforcing learning and provides a pocket-friendly resource of practical wellbeing knowledge.


    At the end of this course you will have built knowledge and understanding on:

    • What different factors can negatively impact wellbeing, and how to mitigate against them
