    This course develops an understanding of the impact of substance misuse within the working environment, exploring how problems can be identified by colleagues,  and the approach to support.​


    Discover how a company culture of awareness and understanding can be preventative, whilst also supporting those that do turn to maladaptive coping strategies -  helping them to recover, and protect livelihoods and lives. 

    This course can be taken in isolation for exploration, or as the foundational part of the OdiliaClark workplace psychoactive substance (drugs and alcohol) management programme.
