Kate Littlewood

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Kate has worked within the field of L&D for over 20 years. After gaining a Batchelor's degree she began her career in Aviation initially focusing on the development and delivery of Human Factors courses before taking on all disciplines of cabin crew training. Following a move to distribution and manufacturing business, Kate implemented and grew formalised learning paths to boost employee skills. She has now joined the OdiliaClark team to provide a portfolio of courses for our clients and continually develop the training we provide.

Claire Beharrell

PEER SUPPORT AND WELLBEING SERVICES LEAD
Claire is the programme lead at Talk to a Peer. Her career in aviation safety began in 2001, as a member of the CRM training team for a large commercial airline, and a cabin manager on both narrow and wide bodied aircraft. Now an accredited Mental Health first aid instructor and Psychology graduate, her passion for the subject of wellbeing arose from a lived experience of anxiety and depression, due to adverse life events. This lead to the understanding that mental health is just as important as physical health  and that workplace support is vital to effective recovery.
