Kate has worked within the field of L&D for over 20 years. Initially working in Aviation, Kate moved to into the Health and Beauty Distribution and Manufacturing industry before joining the team at OdiliaClark. Her role is to provide a portfolio of courses for our clients and continually develop the training we provide to fulfil the ever changing landscape of requirements.
Claire is the programme lead at Talk to a Peer. Her career in aviation safety began in 2001, as a member of the CRM training team for a large commercial airline, and a cabin manager on both narrow and wide bodied aircraft. An accredited Mental Health first aid instructor and psychology graduate, Claire’s passion for the subject of wellbeing arose from a lived experience of anxiety and depression, due to adverse life events. From it came the revelation that mental health is every bit as important as physical health and the realisation that workplace support is vital to effective recovery.
Joe enjoyed a rewarding career in aviation where he trained aviation professionals from across Europe. Joe then dedicated the following 4 years to working for the NHS in the mental health field. He now creates and delivers impactful and engaging online learning courses to support the competence and wellbeing of workforces internationally with OdiliaClark.
I have had the pleasure of delivering training programmes for over 20 years and now use my experience to focus on educating around risk management to help inform and promote positive cultures.
Historically there has been a reticence to address wellbeing and substance misuse in workplaces. I have seen first-hand the devasting consequences of both, during my 30 years in Aviation.
It is an honour to be part of the ongoing mission to engage, educate and ultimately change perception about Workplace Testing and Peer Support. I firmly believe that by doing this we will help organisations to understand how better to support their employees, gain trust and advance their safety culture – Protecting Licences, Livelihoods & Lives.
